I have a damn leaky faucet in my house here. I had to go out to the garage and dig through a bunch of crap to find something to wrench the faucet back together. Don’t you hate having to do manual matienence around the house like that, its such a pain in the rump to have to go around and do that sort of stuff!

I just talked with my next door neighbor tonight after I got back from going to the beach and it turns out he and his wife are taking his kids to Orlando tomorrow morning. They are going to be driving the entire way! Orlando vacations are fun and all, but I think I would go nuts driving from Michigan to Orlando. It takes around 24 hours I here….WHY NOT FLY. I mean I know it is expensive, but come on why drive it is just way too nuts!

I am going to be helping my friend out with some renovations he is making to his basement tomorrow. We are going to be installing some new things on his bar and cleaning up the place in general for a party in the next few weeks. He needs me to install a few new bar faucets and also help him get some chairs down into the place. It is kind of difficult to get to, so this should be interesting.

I have been having fun with postal service lately. They keep delivering packages that I did not order but are addressed to me. Today, one was weight loss pills. I am a guy, I do not need to loose weight! Ok, maybe I do but still I did not order them USPS. Why do you insist on delivering packages that you know I did not order. I give up and I really think the USPS is crazy!

I went to the state park for a relaxing evening today. They have some wonderful beaches and even a horse stable. They were hauling some horse supplies up there tonight. I actually went swimming and had a small cookout with friends. The weird thing is what the water did to my feet. Skin is like peeling off and my right foot sort of hurts, hopefully it all goes away. Otherwise, I do not think it will be good!

Let’s face it, its late July and you still haven’t planned your luxury vacations yet! Well, luckily there are still plenty of great deals to be had, usually right around your state. It is not worth booking air travel this late, so take a little vacation somewhere in state and enjoy the savings by making it a bit longer. You will have a great time!

Who doesn’t! We all remember someone special in our life making baked goods that were delectable to the taste. The sad thing is that the special person might of died before they were able to give you the recipes towards your favorite treats. That is when it gets to be a real bummer. I feel sorry for anyone that has had that happen to them. Good luck in good eats!

When I was in high school I had this kid in my U.S. history class that was diabetic. He would often be out of school because of his health and I was just amazed at how he dealt with all of his problems. He even wore a medical id bracelet to tell paramedics if he was unconscious. It was just really different and a nice experience.

I was watching something on hulu the other night and laughed so hard at the commercial. It was by the characters from Shreak about getting up and going to play. I then saw a commercial from the home depot about a sale on swing sets. I wonder if that was just a thing meant to happen or if there is more at play there.
