Buying a resturant

My grandparents used to live just down the street from this small coney island type of restaurant.  Well, it was not run very well and was shut down.  It was sad as it was a great little place to eat and had some cheap and fair prices.  Anyways, a local friend who lived up there wanted to buy it.  He was able to get approved for Restaurant Financing and was able to reopen the restaurant a couple of months ago.  Now, it is busier serving the same menu than it ever was before with the old management!
