Smoking Cigars at the Wood

My college is known for having fraternity events. While I am not part of one of these social organization and never plan to be, they apparently are called open smokers because smoking used to be allowed on campus. Potential members and members of different groups would have a meeting to recruit new members. I imagine that they might smoke amazing cigars like arturo fuente or something similar to try to entice the new members to join their fraternity.
